Silvia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine. She then completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She is currently completing her BCBA coursework through the University of California, Santa Barbara. Silvia has over 10 years of experience working with special needs individuals ranging from ages 1-25, and over 7 years’ experience working in the field of ABA. She has worked as a behavior therapist, parent consultant, and overseen cases. Silvia has also trained new staff, led parent training workshops, and developed social skills classes. She has worked in a variety of settings including; school, community, and in-home services. Silvia is very passionate about ABA and helping each client reach their “full potential”. During her free time she enjoys meditating, exercising, learning about different cultures, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
