Natalia began her adult-life journey once she graduated California State University Long Beach with her Bachelor’s in Psychology in the year 2015. She was aware from a young age that she wanted to help better people and be in a hands-on work force. While working at Behavioral Concepts, she acquired her RBT credential and her BCBA credential. Outside of work, she stays active by rock climbing regularly; the climbing community exudes positivity and motivation. She finds these characteristics necessary to be successful in her career and create a productive environment.
