Natalia began her adult-life journey once she graduated California State University Long Beach with her Bachelor’s in Psychology in the year 2015. She was aware from a young age that she wanted to help better people and be in a hands-on work force. While working at Behavioral Concepts, she acquired her RBT credential and will soon precede further schooling and work on obtaining her BCBA credential. Outside of work, she stays active by rock climbing regularly; the climbing community exudes positivity and motivation. She finds these characteristics necessary to be successful in her career and create a productive environment.
Behavioral Concepts uses a collaborative consultation and teamwork model, where all members interact effectively and work cooperatively in a family-focused framework.
