Behavioral Concepts supports families by teaching them to implement evidence-based treatment procedures to strengthen socially significant behaviors. Our programs build positive behavior intervention strategies and minimally intrusive interventions to encourage parent, sibling, and caregiver involvement

Child-Centered Programs
Behavioral Concepts programs meet the child’s needs and fit into the family’s routines and lifestyle so that progress can be maintained. We provide services in the child’s natural environments (e.g. home, park, grocery store, doctor’s office) to promote generalization of acquired skills
Developmental Needs
Behavioral Concepts utilizes systematic evidence based procedures including, Incidental Teaching, Natural Language Paradigm (NLP), and Pivotal Response Treatment® (PRT). PRT targets “pivotal” areas in a child’s development such as motivation, responsivity to multiple cues, social initiations and self-management
