Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
$75,000 – $95,000 / year
Lead client assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians. BCBA certification and a passion for working with children required.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
$22 – $28 / hour
Work one-to-one with children in their natural environment, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision. We provide comprehensive training — RBT certification a plus.

Mid-Tier Supervisor
$60,000 – $75,000 / year
Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs, monitor treatment fidelity, and support BCBAs in carrying out individualized programs. A bridge between our technicians and clinical leadership — BCaBA certification or equivalent supervised experience preferred.
