OUR
SERVICES
Our programs are individualized to meet the client’s needs and fit the family’s routines and lifestyle so that progress can be maintained. We provide services in natural environments to promote generalization of acquired skills.

WHAT WE OFFER

ONE-TO-ONE SERVICES
Our behavior technicians will be working with your child in their natural environment, whether that be in the home, community, school, etc.. Behavior technicians understand your child’s programs to help create opportunities for your child to reach their goals. All of our behavior technicians undergo comprehensive training to ensure they are fully equipped to handle any task and deliver the highest standard of care.

FUNCTIONAL BEHAVIOR ASSESSMENT (FBA)
Our assessments are designed to meet the individual needs of the families we work with. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts will create attainable goals to ensure your child has the best possible opportunity to succeed and encourage independence. We will review each individual goal with parents and caregivers to ensure your needs and expectations are being met. Parents and caregivers are welcome to provide input to their child’s programs.

PARENT/CAREGIVER CONSULTATION AND TRAINING
We educate parents and caregivers regarding the appropriate behaviors at home and in the community. Each program is designed to provide you with the skills to further increase your abilities to ensure your child is receiving the highest degree of care. Parents and caregivers will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the treatment that is being provided to your child.

SOCIAL SKILLS GROUP
Our social skills groups are designed to increase socially significant behaviors, build an environment that feels natural, and create opportunities for appropriate interactions. Our social skills group leaders will provide support based on your child’s individual needs and help facilitate play between our clients. We maintain a low ratio of group leaders to clients, allowing your child to receive the attention and care needed to thrive and succeed.

PROGRAM SUPERVISION
Our program supervisors are expert professionals with a wealth of knowledge, dedicated to guiding your child’s progress and empowering our behavior technicians. They meticulously review and refine treatment goals to ensure ongoing effectiveness, updating plans every six months to introduce new objectives, address barriers to progress, and optimize the programs for maximum impact.
OUR APPROACH

Pivotal response treatment (prt)
Unlike traditional, highly structured behavioral therapies, PRT is child-led and integrated into everyday routines. It focuses on four critical areas of development that include: motivation, self-initiation, response to multiple cues, and self-management.

NATURALISTIC TEACHING STRATEGIES (NAT)
Naturalistic Teaching Strategies are a cornerstone of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children. Therapists use the child’s natural environment and current interests to guide learning, turning daily routines and playtime into structured educational moments.

PEERS CERTIFICATION
The Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification recognizes individuals with lived experience in mental health or substance use recovery who are trained to support others on their wellness journey. Certified Peers provide guidance, encouragement, and practical assistance to clients navigating the behavioral health system. This certification is issued through the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and reflects a commitment to person-centered, community-driven care.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is ABA therapy?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that uses the principles of learning and behavior to build meaningful skills — such as communication, social interaction, and daily living skills — while reducing behaviors that interfere with learning. Programs are highly individualized and progress is measured through ongoing data collection.
Where do services take place?
We provide services in your child’s natural environments so that skills learned in therapy carry over into everyday life. Examples of natural environments include home, school, and their community. Your child’s program will identify the settings that best support their goals.
How do I get started?
The first step is applying for an assessment. One of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts will meet with your family, evaluate your child’s strengths and needs, and develop an individualized treatment plan with attainable goals. From there, we’ll walk you through scheduling and next steps.
Is ABA therapy covered by insurance?
Many health plans provide coverage for ABA services. Because coverage varies by plan, we recommend contacting us so we can help verify your benefits and explain what to expect before services begin.
How involved are parents and caregivers?
Very involved. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to provide input on their child’s program, participate in consultation and training sessions, and review goals with our team so progress continues outside of therapy sessions.
How often are treatment plans reviewed?
Our program supervisors review and refine treatment goals on an ongoing basis, with formal plan updates every six months to introduce new objectives, address barriers to progress, and keep programs optimized for your child.
